If you resonated with any of the symptoms above, we can find trauma-informed goals that will help you begin to reclaim your life and thrive once more.

-
-
How long does therapy normally take?
-
This is different for every client I meet and has a lot to do with level of trauma and goals. Some client's I have seen for as little as a few months, others for several years, particularly if they are unable to change the situation that is causing the burnout
-
-
Do you see client's in person?
-
No. Many of the client's I see struggle with coercive control, tracking and stalking and are able to meet me where is most safe for them (including libraries, friends houses, grocery store parking lots and even the back of their closet). Further, I see client's across the United States in Idaho, South Carolina and Florida, so many of them are not close enough for in person sessions.
